sun-light manifests on earth in the green color… the color of heart, anahat, the center of sol… and, no vvonder earth is a green plane-T…
the green planet, because of the green vegetation all around the earth…which is because of the synthesis of photons…means the light converted into matter… which in vern-occular system is symbolized as र, R, Ra… but, the seed sound of anahat is yam/ यं…which means fire… certainly, the fire of the sun…
but, yam also means the judgement deliverer…the son of sun…and, only way to safe-guard from the judgment of yam is “ni-yam” (नियम) means discipline…
and, only a disciple (root word of discipline) can discipline… because, guru (Teacher) only can help disciple discipline in the right way…
no vvonder, yam gives judgment at the end of life and, ni-yam is the only way to go out of this earthly plane…
hence, anahat is the zone of earth (there is much more to in the re-al esoterism and anahat is the trickiest zone to cross)…and, to ascend from earth one has to discipline one-self first…
