“सत्त्वात्संजायते ज्ञानं”
the re-al knovvledge liberates and, it occurs only onto the being who perform karma… and, yog is the only karma…means connection to the center…

because, karma is purifying and makes one pure (satvik)…means without any contamination…
“कर्मण: सुकृतस्याहु: सत्त्विकम निर्मलं फलम”

and, only a purified one with the re-al knovvledge ascends from this plane…whereas the rest either come back to the earthly plane which is the middle land, the sandhi land or descend more down into the lower matrices…
“ऊर्ध्वं गच्छन्ति सत्वस्था मध्ये तिष्ठन्ति राजसा: जघन्यगुणवृत्तिस्था अधो गच्छन्ति तामसा:”

only these are tri-guna of the nature- purifying (satva), accumulating (rajas) and non-acting/sedentary (tamas)…yog/connecting to the center purifies…world and the dark forces in power today, prepares only for accumulating and to be completely in-active…thence, leading beings to descend more down to the lower matrices…

“to ascend one has to be sva-arthi… while dropping the veil of fear, shame and guilty…”

because, your bearth is your responsibility…no-one else will do it for you…only you have to and only you can…
